1. Service Description
AdShot ("we", "our", "the Service") is an AI-powered ad creative generator. You provide a URL, and we generate ad creatives including carousel ads, static images, copy, and targeting suggestions using artificial intelligence.
2. Account Terms
You must provide a valid email address and create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.
3. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel at any time through the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
4. AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the Service is produced by artificial intelligence and is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content for any particular purpose. You retain ownership of content generated using your inputs.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Generate misleading, defamatory, or illegal advertising
- Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI system
- Submit URLs to sites you do not have permission to advertise
- Exceed rate limits or circumvent usage restrictions
6. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
